Shipping costs are based on the items in your cart. If they are fulfilled by a printing service, they may be higher. If the product you are ordering is from inventory stored at Elon University, costs will be lower and Elon students and faculty will have a free pickup option.

We are aware of an issue where sometimes, confirmation emails are being sent to the spam folder. Check there, and if you still don't have an email after an hour or so, feel free to email us at ClimateChangeApparel@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and the way they are produced, as a blanket statement, we don't accept returns or refunds. Sometimes, exceptions can be made - feel free to reach out to us via email to inquire about that - no promises.
